Compliance Profile

Sending is blocked until your business identity exists.

The Compliance Profile holds the required identity fields that appear in every commercial email. Onboarding does not allow sending until it is complete.

Compliance gate

Every send passes the gate. A failed check is skipped and recorded.

Before any email leaves the queue, Review & Send, or a campaign step, Mage Mailer runs the same checks:

  1. Is the address suppressed?
  2. Has the recipient unsubscribed?
  3. Is the email invalid or undeliverable?
  4. Does consent status conflict with the message classification?
  5. Is the recipient’s country restricted for cold email?
  6. Is the Compliance Profile incomplete?

Failed sends are skipped and the reason is recorded on the campaign, the contact, and in the Compliance Audit Log.
