Agreement

By using the magemailer.com website or the Mage Mailer application you agree to these terms with CSP Geeks LLC.

Acceptable use

Mage Mailer is a personal outreach platform. You agree to use it lawfully, to send only to recipients you are permitted to contact, and not to circumvent the compliance safeguards built into the service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you send, the accuracy of your Compliance Profile, and compliance with laws that apply to your outreach. Mage Mailer provides compliance features and safeguards but does not provide legal advice or guarantee compliance in any jurisdiction.

Plans, add-ons, and credits

Plans are billed monthly. Add-on pods are recurring. Prospect Finder Credits are purchased separately and consumed as described on the pricing page.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
